To see a world in a grain of sand,

And heaven in a wild flower,

Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,

And eternity in an hour...

William Blake (1757 - 1827) (Stanza from Auguries of Innocence)

Cosmic "Flowers"

Eight Earth years are roughly equal to thirteen Venus years: the two planets approximately trace out this pattern with 5-fold symmetry as they orbit the Sun.

As will be discussed in these evolving lessons, constructs of infinity and the geometry of flowers literally and metaphorically figure prominently in a time honored, yet forgotten understanding of the universe and our place in it.
